EXPRESS WARRANTY
Made in America, all our
Products are constructed using the finest Quality Components and are
Individually Tested before shipping to
ensure Complete Satisfaction. With a
4 year history of faultless manufacture, each Product is covered by our “No
Quibble” Warranty for
3 years and are unconditionally warranted to be free
of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If a product defect
is
encountered during the warranty period, proof of purchase with delivery
date must be supplied. If during the first 30 days a malfunction
occurs, our
ADVANCED REPLACEMENT program allows us to ship you a new Unit using UPS 2
day Service,
(Overnight at Customer Expense).
Product will be Billed
at List Price until the Faulty Unit is received by our Warranty Dept. Units
that have been opened or tampered with,
voids the warranty. Assuming the
Unit has not been Opened or Tampered with, a Credit/Refund will be issued
when the Faulty Unit has
been examined and is deemed to be warranted for the
Advanced Replacement already sent.
It is the
responsibility of the User in the first instance to notify the Seller that a
Product needs replacing, so that an RMA #
is obtained from them, together
with the repair Address where the unit is to be sent.
In all cases the Faulty
Units must be returned freight paid with the RMA Clearly shown on the
outside of the packet regardless of the
Warranty Status, It should also
include the problem encountered and the return Address. This express
warranty is in lieu of any other
warranty, express, implied or statutory,
including without limitation, any warranty of fitness or merchantability.
The sole liability of
the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective
product. This warranty shall not apply to
any other product that has been
used in conjunction with products made by Nigel B Design, Inc
In no event shall Nigel B Design, Inc be
liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user or other
person.
